Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking an engaging, outgoing individual to lead sales and customer service for clients and members. This role offers commission on wellness plan sales and potential bonuses, with both part-time and full-time options.

Responsibilities include informing clients about the wellness program, enrolling members, and ensuring a welcoming, hospitable experience. Prior retail sales and spa customer service experience are beneficial, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates with a passion for sales and customer service are encouraged to apply.
• Prior retail sales experience is preferred, specifically selling memberships or services.
• Customer service experience in a spa or similar environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and computer systems.
• A passion for listening to and engaging with all clients.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan.
• Enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program by following our proven sales process.
• Serve as the first and last point of hospitality for clients, whether on the phone or in person.
• Process client paperwork and payments with accuracy.
• Work as a team with managers and massage therapists to ensure the client is the center of the experience.
