Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking a Wellness Sales Manager to lead membership growth across our Boise and Meridian studios. You will drive revenue, coach WMAs, and ensure accountability for performance while partnering with studio management.

The role requires proven sales leadership, strong coaching abilities, and a customer-focused approach. You will split time between two studios and contribute to growth initiatives,with benefits including health coverage and 401k.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales in membership-based or recurring-revenue businesses preferred.
• Experience coaching and holding a team accountable to performance goals.
• Comfortable discussing sales results and personal improvement with staff.
• Strong organization, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales initiatives and strategies to increase revenue and growth.
• Coach and develop Wellness Membership Advisors to improve sales techniques.
• Set clear expectations, track goals, and coach for measurable improvement.
• Support studio operations including onboarding, meetings, scheduling, and standards.
• Analyze sales trends and collaborate on strategies to improve performance across both studios.
