WellBiz Brands, Inc. is seeking a Wellness Sales Manager to lead membership growth and strengthen sales performance across Boise and Meridian studios.

You will drive membership sales initiatives, coach WMAs, and collaborate with studio management to meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have proven sales leadership in wellness or hospitality, with strong coaching skills, accountability, and independent work ethic.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales leadership within membership-based or recurring-revenue businesses.
• Ability to coach and hold teams accountable to performance goals.
• Comfortable delivering direct feedback on sales results and improvements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and balance of sales expectations with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and lead membership sales initiatives to boost revenue and growth.
• Coach and develop Wellness Membership Advisors to improve sales techniques and confidence.
• Set clear expectations, monitor studio goals, and coach for measurable improvement.
• Support studio operations, onboarding, monthly sales meetings, and staff communications.
• Analyze sales trends and collaborate with management on improvement strategies across both studios.
