Job summary

Elements Massage Mechanicsburg seeks a Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional client experiences in a welcoming studio environment.

You will inform clients about the Wellness Program, guide them through enrollment, and be the friendly first and last touchpoint—on the phone or in person. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inform clients about the Elements Massage Wellness Program and benefits.
• Follow our sales process to enroll clients into the Wellness Program.
• Be the first and final face of hospitality, in person or on the phone.
• Ensure paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.
• Collaborate with Manager and Therapists to keep clients at the center of the studio.
