Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic seeks a Wellness Coordinator to join our caring team in Greenville. You will educate patients on wellness offerings, drive membership sales, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced, friendly clinic environment.

Qualifications

• One year of previous sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete transactions using point of sale software and keep patient accounts current.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and patients.
• Gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic workspace.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Follow management policies and direction; communicate effectively with team.
