Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Proficient with phone and computer tasks and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greet members and patients on arrival and check them in.
• Answer phone calls.
• Re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options and promotions.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with team and communicate member concerns to management.
• Manage patient flow through the clinic.
