Job summary

Beem - RiNo in Denver is seeking a part-time Wellness Sales Associate to drive membership sales, educate clients on beem® Light Sauna services, and support daily sales and marketing initiatives.

You will follow studio sales scripts, handle inquiries across phone, SMS, email and social channels, perform in-studio presentations, assist with events, and maintain a high-energy, welcoming environment that supports retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable communicating via phone, SMS, email, and social media.
• Able to work in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: drive revenue by explaining infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy to generate membership, packages, intro sessions, and retail sales.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: generate leads via grassroots marketing, events, and outreach.
• Communication: manage inquiries and follow-ups via phone, SMS, email, and social channels.
