Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring for a welcoming role that blends retail sales with wellness education. You’ll tour clients, sell service packages, and help schedule medical appointments with our nurse team. You’ll engage leads, follow up, and provide exceptional service in a fast-growing wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales to build rapport.
• Clear and authentic communication to connect with others.
• Experience with lead generation and client follow-up.
• At least one year of customer service in sales.
• Passion for health and wellness and living it.
• Strong communication and collaboration, curiosity about people.
• Bonus: pursuing wellness/fitness degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Greet clients and administer wellness services.
• Attend offsite pop-up events to promote services.
• Call leads with enthusiasm and educate them about services.
• Answer calls/texts from clients and leads.
• Coordinate with nurse team to book medical appointments.
• Daily light cleaning; some team deep cleaning.
• Educate clients on services and medical benefits and at-home care.
• Maintain a positive vibe even on tough days.
• Learn software tools such as Capcut, Canva, and Claude; training provided.
