Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an energetic, sales-minded team member to greet clients, lead tours, and sell service packages and memberships. You will engage with community events, educate clients on wellness services, and collaborate with our nurse team to book appointments.

The role offers a casual dress code, training on Capcut/Canva/Claude, unlimited wellness services access, and opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding company. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales with ability to build rapport.
• Effective communication and authentic relationship-building skills.
• Experience with lead generation and client follow-up.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Strong collaboration and curiosity about people.
• BONUS: Wellness/fitness degree or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships.
• Greeting clients and administering wellness services.
• Getting out into the community with offsite pop-up events.
• Calling leads with enthusiasm and educating them on our services.
• Answering calls and texts from existing clients and leads.
• Working with our nurse team to book medical appointments.
• Daily light cleaning, plus occasional team deep clean.
• Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits and at-home care.
• Maintaining a positive vibe even on challenging days.
• Learning tools and processes; Capcut, Canva, and Claude; scheduled training.
