Job summary

Elements Massage Clayton is hiring a motivated Wellness Membership Advisor who thrives in a sales-driven, client-first environment. This role focuses on helping clients prioritize their wellness through massage and skincare, building relationships, and delivering exceptional experiences in a welcoming studio.

You’ll schedule appointments, promote memberships and retail products, handle transactions, and contribute to studio growth.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in sales, membership, scheduling, or hospitality preferred.
• Comfortable discussing memberships, services, retail products, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client.
• Schedule appointments and handle client inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Promote and sell memberships and retail products to support wellness journeys.
• Meet membership and sales goals.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate client records.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client needs are exceeded.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
• Support studio and team success.
