Elements Massage is seeking a dynamic individual to lead retail sales and enroll clients in the Elements Wellness Program. You will build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint in a welcoming studio setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Comfortable discussing services, pricing, and memberships with confidence.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through our proven sales process and introduce them to the Elements Wellness Program.
• Build strong relationships that create loyal, long-term clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
• Educate clients on the Benefits of the Elements Wellness Program and our simple membership.
• Confidently follow our proven sales process to enroll clients in the Elements Wellness Program.
• Serve as the first and last impression of the studio, providing warm, professional hospitality in person and over the phone.
