Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Marketing Associate to support our Marketing Manager across a wide range of activities, including social content, email and text campaigns, events, and lead generation. You’ll help craft calendars, create visuals, and respond to audiences while promoting health and wellness.

Ideal candidates have a marketing or business degree, enjoy a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and are eager to grow within a growing national wellness brand.

Qualifications

• You’re a health and wellness enthusiast with a passion for fitness.
• You enjoy the sales process and have a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• You’re a numbers person and can deliver action plans based on key metrics.
• Background knowledge in creating email and text campaigns using Mailchimp, Referizzer, Constant Contact, or others.
• You have a strong eye for design and detail and feel comfortable creating graphics, videos, and photos for social media.
• You have a background using Adobe Suite design tools (or similar softwares).

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Manager with a wide range of marketing responsibilities.
• Create social media calendars.
• Build social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Moderate social channels and respond to questions and comments from the public.
• Support managers with marketing efforts for events.
• Help plan monthly marketing promotions and themes.
• Generate leads via organic social media efforts.
• Advocate clients to write online reviews for our great service.
• Produce recurring reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement for our clients
