Responsibilities

• Provides employees with rapid first aid and medical care within scope when the clinic is open.
• Coordinates care with WorkCare programs and CMD.
• Provides wellness services focusing on cardiovascular health, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
• Develops injury prevention through demonstrations, education and ergonomic evaluations.
• Assists with exams and return-to-work assessments as needed.
• Maintains data, reports to CMD and WorkCare management.
• Supports health fairs and wellness initiatives.
• Facilitates data management and wellness screenings.
