Job summary

WorkCare, Inc. is seeking a health-focused professional to deliver industrial injury prevention services across designated service centers. The role emphasizes total worker health, with emphasis on first aid within OSHA guidelines and proactive site engagement.

Responsibilities include triage, case communication, injury support, ergonomic analysis, and coaching workers on health and safety practices to reduce injuries and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant health field is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Experience in orthopedics, wellness, industrial/occupational health, or ergonomic settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, first-aid, education and escalation of care as needed.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with all parties in injury case management.
• Support injured employees, monitor medical care, and assist in accident investigation.
• Assist in finding temporarily modified work within physical restrictions.
• Conduct ergonomic analyses and provide workstation improvement recommendations.
• Deliver on‑the‑job education to promote physical resilience and healthy lifestyle changes.
