Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
• Experience in orthopedics, wellness, or ergonomic health is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide triage, first‑aid, education and/or escalation of care as needed.
• Coordinate injury case communication across parties and sites.
• Assist in finding temporarily modified work within physical restrictions.
• Conduct ergonomic analyses and recommend workspace or vehicle changes.
• Deliver on‑the‑job education and coaching to improve body mechanics.
• Support preventive programs to reduce musculoskeletal injuries.
