Job summary

WORKCARE INC is seeking an Industrial Injury Prevention Specialist and Wellness Coordinator in Albany, OR. The role focuses on proactive wellness, cardiovascular health, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, with collaboration across medical staff and safety teams.

The position offers on-site clinic duties, ergonomic assessments, and wellness coaching while coordinating with CMD. Relocation assistance up to $1,000 is available, and the hourly pay range is $37–$42.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Board of Medicine licensed health care provider within state of practice (where applicable).
• NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid first aid and medical care during clinic hours.
• Coordinate care with CMD and WorkCare policies.
• Develop injury prevention through demonstrations and ergonomic evaluations.
• Assist with pre-employment, return-to-work, and fitness-for-duty assessments.
• Maintain clinic data, reports, and incident tracking.
• Support wellness initiatives, health fairs, and biometric screenings.
• Provide on-the-job coaching for physical fitness and movement.
