The Joint Chiropractic of Victoria, TX is seeking a part-time Front Desk Coordinator to deliver a friendly, efficient patient experience. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, and support the sale of wellness plans in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting.

This role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while standing for long periods. Starting pay is $15/hour plus bilingual bonus, with medical, PTO, and holiday pay.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven setting; team oriented.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage patient flow through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support clinic sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
