Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a part-time Front Desk Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to greet patients, check in, schedule appointments, and support front desk operations in a fast-paced retail health setting. You will help present and sell wellness plans, assist with marketing efforts, maintain records, and collaborate with chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements include customer service experience and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
