Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Westminster, CA is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator (Part Time) to create a welcoming first impression and support clinic operations in a fast-paced, retail-healthcare setting.

You will greet patients, manage check-ins, encourage wellness plan sales, handle calls and scheduling, maintain records with POS software, and collaborate with chiropractors to ensure a positive experience. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour with bonus potential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
