Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to greet patients, manage check-ins, and support clinic growth in a fast-paced retail health setting.

You will present wellness plans, assist with appointment scheduling, and help convert patients into members while maintaining accurate records and a welcoming front desk environment. This role offers full-time or part-time hours with a salary of $15–$17 per hour and daily bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
