Herb + Ōhm in Chicago is seeking a Front Desk Clinic Sales Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will help enhance the patient experience while driving sales and promoting our holistic wellness services.

You will greet patients, manage appointments, process payments, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow, accurate records, and responsive service in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Sales experience in healthcare or wellness is a plus.
