Job summary

The Joint Corp. in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Front Desk Wellness Coordinator to join our Friendly Center clinic team. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming, informed, and supportive patient experience from check-in through checkout.

You will manage appointments, assist with payments, and educate patients on wellness options in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an in-person position at our Greensboro Friendly Center clinic.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Friendly and confident when working directly with patients.
• Comfortable using phone systems, scheduling software, and electronic records.
• Prior front desk, receptionist, customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and members and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to electronic messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic scheduling systems.
• Process payments and support point-of-sale functions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete basic reporting tasks.
• Educate patients on clinic services, wellness plans, and membership options.
• Support clinic goals through positive, patient-focused conversations.
• Provide general front desk and administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
