Job summary

The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Wellness Receptionist for Foundry Wellness in Duluth, MN. You will warmly welcome spa guests, manage bookings across treatments and spa access, coordinate with therapists, process payments, and keep the front desk serene and polished.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years front desk or hospitality experience, superb communication, familiarity with spa software such as Mindbody or Book4Time, and a calm, detail-oriented approach during busy periods.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front desk, hospitality, or spa reception experience
• Warm, professional communication and guest-focused service
• Familiarity with spa software platforms such as Mindbody or Book4Time

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests and members with a polished presence and check-in
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and changes
• Coordinate with therapists and spa attendants to keep daily schedule flowing
• Process payments, gift cards, and retail transactions accurately
• Maintain a serene front desk area aligned with spa aesthetics
• Respond to guest inquiries in person and via phone/email
• Upsell treatments, packages, and retail when appropriate
• Assist with intake forms, waivers, inventory, and daily reporting
• Handle light administrative tasks as needed
