The Edgewater Spa in Madison, WI is seeking an energetic Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming first contact for guests. You will manage check-ins, guide guests to relaxation spaces, and coordinate appointments with the team.

The role emphasizes friendly service and knowledge of spa offerings to maximize guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates have spa or luxury-hospitality reception experience, strong computer skills, and a genuine ability to build rapport with guests.

Qualifications

• Previous reception experience with luxury spa or hospitality is a plus.
• Prior service and/or product sales experience.
• Able to use a computer and type quickly and efficiently.
• Caring, outgoing individual with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, process intake paperwork, and guide them to relaxation areas.
• Build relationships with repeat guests and members, remembering names and preferences.
• Ensure guest needs are met and experiences are relaxing and enjoyable.
• Answer phones, book appointments, and coordinate spa schedules with managers and providers.
• Be knowledgeable about spa services, recommend treatments, add-ons, and retail products.
• Sell gift cards and gift card memberships and assist with food and beverage requests.
• Log cash tips and ensure retail and tips are handled at checkout.
