The Edgewater Hotel in Duluth, MN seeks a Foundry Thermal Spa Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences in the thermal wellness area. You will guide guests through therapeutic thermal journeys, ensure safe and seamless use of the Dry Sauna, Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Salt Chamber, and maintain a tranquil, high-end environment.

This part-time role requires hospitality experience, a service-first mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality, wellness, spa, or housekeeping experience.
• Service-first mindset with a respect for guest privacy and comfort.
• Strong time management and ability to balance urgency with grace.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and handle laundry.

Responsabilités

• Maintain spa thermal areas, lounges, locker rooms and treatment zones to high standards.
• Stock towels, robes, water, and refreshments; present them nicely.
• Greet and guide guests through thermal journeys with discretion.
• Assist with laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing linens.
• Communicate with the Foundry team to keep the spa calm and guest-ready.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols at luxury level.
• All other duties as assigned.
