Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Santa Clarita CA seeks a friendly Wellness Representative to greet clients, explain services, and support bookings. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience across our wellness modalities.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year retail customer service experience, strong communication, and a passion for health and wellness. This role includes training, a casual dress code, and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
• Interest in health and wellness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore wellness services.
• Assist with booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients and create profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct tours and promote service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on services, benefits, and at-home care.
• Open and close store procedures and maintain safety.
• Be a product expert and represent the brand values.
