Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness seeks a friendly Hyper Wellness Representative to welcome clients, explain services, and help with bookings in a retail wellness setting. You will onboard new clients, guide them through waivers, and create profiles in the POS system.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for health, and weekend availability. As a front-line ambassador, you’ll tour clients, sell service packages, and educate on wellness benefits and precautions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a passion for health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore’s wellness services.
• Help clients over the phone and manage booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct tours and promote service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on Restore services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Restore’s values and mission.
• Foster a fun, engaging store culture where every team member is valued.
