Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness Corporate Stores is seeking a Hyper Wellness Representative to be the face of the studio, delivering welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales to support long-term health transformations. The role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise in a dynamic wellness environment, reporting to the General Manager and serving in a Full Time capacity.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required and prior membership-based sales in wellness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer service required.
• 1+ year in sales required.
• Membership-based sales in the health/wellness/fitness industry preferred.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours and deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
