Job summary
Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an enthusiastic in-store representative to greet clients, assist with wellness services, and manage bookings at our Northfield Township location. You will onboard new clients, perform tours, and promote service packages and memberships.
The role requires at least one year of retail customer service, strong communication, and a passion for health and wellness, with weekend availability. Training emphasizes member retention and education.
Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Candidates hold or are pursuing a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and assist with wellness services.
- Handle calls, voicemails, bookings, rescheduling and cancellations.
- Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the POS.
- Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
- Educate clients on services, benefits, and at-home care.
- Open and close procedures; maintain a safe environment.
- Represent the brand and promote Restore’s values.
