Job summary

Sensei Wellness Holdings Inc. is seeking an Experience Specialist Lead to guide guest itineraries, greet arrivals, and ensure exceptional service across front desk and concierge operations. You will coordinate with multiple departments and Sensei Guides to deliver personalized wellness experiences.

The role requires leadership of the Experience Desk team, coaching Front of House staff, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction throughout the stay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Hospitality, Event Planning, Operations or related field.
• Experience at front desk, hotel concierge, reservations, or call center.
• Knowledge of nutrition, fitness, or massage modalities is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead Experience Desk training across front desk, guest scheduling, and concierge operations.
• Coach Front of House team with consistent guidance and motivation.
• Ensure information accuracy and updated procedures across departments.
• Build and adjust guest itineraries pre-arrival and during stay in collaboration with Sensei Guides.
