Job summary

Sensei Wellness Holdings Inc. is seeking a Public Area Attendant to join the housekeeping team at our resort.

You will clean and service resort and retreat common areas, maintain restrooms, lobbies and heart-of-house spaces, and assist guests with requests, while upholding Sensei standards and guest safety. The role emphasizes attentive, proactive guest service, teamwork, and a professional, welcoming demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing of Resort and Retreat common areas according to Sensei standards.
• Cleaning and straightening of guest corridors and common areas.
• Dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Referencing and maintaining digital shift logs; report anomalies.
