Job summary

NIVA Health in Orlando, FL is seeking a Patient Engagement & Growth Specialist to guide patients through their wellness journey—from initial conversation to ongoing engagement and participation in treatment plans.

You will build trust, educate patients on wellness and therapy options, coordinate follow-ups, and work closely with providers to keep patients informed and enrolled in services, while upholding a culture of teamwork, resilience, openness, ownership, and positivity.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding people toward a purchase or enrollment in wellness or related services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, supportive environment.
• Excellent organization and follow-up capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build trust-based relationships with patients from first interaction.
• Guide patients through wellness offerings aligned to goals.
• Support engagement, retention, and treatment plan participation.
• Coordinate follow-ups, scheduling, and patient communications.
• Create a seamless, elevated patient experience at every touchpoint.
• Track KPIs for engagement and enrollment in new services.
• Support new wellness initiatives and service launches.
• Partner with providers and clinic staff in a collaborative environment.
