NIVA Health in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Patient Engagement & Growth Specialist to guide patients through their wellness journey from the first conversation to ongoing engagement. This non-clinical, on-site role focuses on building trust, presenting wellness options, and driving enrollment in services.

You'll collaborate with providers and clinic leadership to create an outstanding patient experience, track engagement KPIs, and support new wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Track record of guiding people toward purchases or enrollments in wellness/health coaching environments.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable working toward measurable patient engagement goals.
• Highly organized with proactive follow-up and multi-client management.
• Thrives in a performance-driven, supportive team setting.

Responsibilities

• Build trust-based relationships with patients from first interaction.
• Guide patients through wellness offerings to fit their goals.
• Support patient engagement, retention, and treatment plan participation.
• Coordinate follow-ups, scheduling, and patient communications.
• Create a seamless, elevated patient experience at every touchpoint.
• Track KPIs related to engagement and enrollment in services.
• Support new wellness initiatives and service launches within the clinic.
• Partner with providers and clinic staff in a collaborative environment.
