Job summary

BSI Corporate Benefits is seeking a Wellness and Benefits Education Specialist who will educate employees on benefits, drive participation in wellness programs, and collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver engaging educational resources.

The role focuses on wellness education, benefits communication, and engagement strategies to support healthier workplace cultures. Hybrid work is offered, with opportunities to present in person and virtually.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Communications, Business, or related field, or 2+ years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of health insurance, HSAs, and employee benefits.
Experience conducting health education/workplace wellness is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Educate employees on benefits and wellness programs to maximize participation.
Track participation, incentives, and reporting for wellness initiatives.
Deliver engaging in-person and virtual presentations for employees and client groups.
Collaborate with clients, vendor partners, and internal teams to develop educational resources.
Represent BSI at wellness events and open enrollment meetings.
Create and update educational materials and communications for wellness programs.
