This role integrates onsite engagement, virtual programming, and digital tools to support preventive care and sustained employee participation across client locations. It may serve as an onsite lead, a hybrid onsite/virtual Specialist, or a regional wellness resource for multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Lead planning and delivery of onsite and virtual wellness programs.
• Engage employees and stakeholders to promote well-being.
• Coordinate screenings and ergonomic assessments for education.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, safety, and HIPAA-aligned practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct scheduled onsite wellness visits at assigned client locations.
• Perform non-diagnostic wellness screenings and assessments for educational purposes.
• Independently manage scheduling, travel planning, logistics, and coordination to ensure consistent program delivery.
• Provide ongoing virtual wellness education between onsite visits.
• Offer evidence-informed lifestyle education and refer employees to appropriate resources as needed.
