Job summary

BSI Corporate Benefits in Bethlehem, PA, seeks a Wellness and Benefits Education Specialist to educate employees on benefits, support wellness initiatives, and maximize program participation for healthier, more productive workplaces.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients, vendor partners, and internal teams to deliver educational resources, wellness activities, and exceptional client service that strengthen workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Communications, Business, or related field; or 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
• Knowledge of health insurance, employee benefits, HSAs, and wellness programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track participation in wellness programs and maintain accurate records and reporting.
• Coordinate wellness credit utilization and reimbursement activities for clients and participants.
• Provide guidance on available programs and services as a wellness and benefits resource.
• Deliver employee benefits education in individual and group settings and conduct engaging presentations.
