Job summary

Heart & Soil Supplements seeks a Health Success Specialist to manage customer interactions across SMS, email, social media, and communities. You will collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure exceptional guidance that supports retention and growth while representing our wellness mission.

Based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate, you will drive customer education and engagement, align with marketing and operations, and contribute to ongoing optimization of our support resources.

Responsibilities

• Engage Across Channels: manage customer interactions via SMS, email, social media, online communities, and ad comments with a focus on retention and conversion.
• Deliver Stellar Customer Experiences: reflect brand values, delight customers, and meet KPIs like response times, conversions, and CSAT/NPS.
• Support Community Engagement: participate in our subscriber community with guidance and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: work with marketing and operations to align efforts and ensure seamless communication.
• Create and Refine Resources: develop templated responses, compile resources, and improve retention-focused strategies.
• Inform and Educate: conduct webinars, live social engagements, and create content on health topics; assist at events.
