Qualifications

• Stretch certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain personalized plans of care to patients and clarify insurance coverage.
• Operate wellness booking platform: booking, scheduling, payments, client management.
• Develop and promote wellness programs and workshops for long-term patient wellness.
• Administer wellness services including setup, activation, and space maintenance.
• Assist therapists with patient treatments and prepare equipment as needed.
• Support front office by scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
