Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a motivated Wellness Coordinator to join our clinics. You will educate patients on wellness offerings, greet members, check in, answer calls, and drive memberships to meet sales goals in a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of sales experience, strong phone and computer skills, and the ability to multitask. Previous marketing or office experience is a plus; willing to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Ability to use POS software and manage patient accounts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• The Wellness Coordinator's primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival; checking in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
