Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to drive memberships and deliver excellent service in our clinics. You will greet patients, handle check-ins, and stay informed on membership options and promotions while supporting a collaborative team in a fast-paced health-wellness environment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in sales, strong phone/computer skills, and a passion for helping people through wellness offerings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
At least one year of sales experience.
Strong phone and computer skills.
Able to stand or sit for long periods.
Ability to educate patients on wellness offerings.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Must be able to manage patient flow.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent services to members and patients.
Primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals.
Greeting members and patients upon arrival; checking in.
Answering phone calls.
Re-engaging inactive members.
Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
Recognizing and supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
Keeping management informed of member concerns and following policies and direction.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner.
Office management or marketing experience a plus.
Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
