Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to drive membership sales and deliver excellent patient service in a fast-paced clinic setting. You will greet patients, process transactions, educate about wellness offerings, and collaborate with the team to meet marketing and sales goals.

Alternating Saturdays are required, and employees receive medical benefits and bonus opportunities. Strong communication, phone, and computer skills are essential, as is the ability to stand for long

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of sales experience.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Familiar with POS software to process transactions.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Gains memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greets members and patients and checks in.
• Answers phone calls and re-engages inactive members.
• Stays updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Maintains clinic cleanliness and organized workspace.
• Presents and sells memberships and visit packages.
• Keeps management informed of member concerns and follows policies.
• Supports team goals and positive relationships.
