Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to help grow memberships while delivering excellent patient service. You will greet patients, process check-ins for visits, answer calls, and stay informed about membership options and promotions.

You’ll engage inactive members and work with the team to meet sales goals in a fast-paced clinic environment. Ideal candidates bring at least one year of sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• One year of sales experience or more is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Proficient in phone handling and computer use.
• Experience with point-of-sale software and patient or customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and patients.
• Primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greet members and patients, check-in for visits.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and workspace organization.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
