Job summary

The Meridian At Boca Raton is seeking a Wellness Coordinator – LPN to work under the Wellness Director, coordinating and supervising personal care and medication services for residents in a compassionate senior living community.

You must be a licensed LPN in good standing with 3+ years in assisted living or nursing home, plus strong organizational, documentation, and staff-training skills. A valid driver’s license and knowledge of state regulations are required.

Qualifications

• Must be an LPN in good standing and meet all State health requirements.
• Experience 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Nursing Home.
• Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing.
• Previous supervisory/management experience in a related healthcare setting.
