Job summary

The Meridian At Boca Raton is seeking an LPN to support the daily delivery of personal care services for residents in a licensed senior housing community. You will ensure regulatory compliance and assist in maintaining a compassionate, safe environment for residents.

Applicants must hold a valid LPN license and demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills to meet fluctuating resident needs. Equal Opportunity Employer.

You will also assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment, which will be conducive to the best interests and welfare of the residents.Requirements:Licensed LPN in good standing with State Licensing AuthorityPrevious LPN experience in Assisted Living preferredKnowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housingPrevious supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare settingAble to supervise department employees using independent judgment and discretionMust be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community and State officials and general publicMust have compassion for and desire to work with the elderlyMust demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individualMust have exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks in order to accommodate fluctuating needs of the resident and CommunityMust have strong documentation skillsMust have valid driver’s licenseMust meet all health requirements and pass background checksMeridian Senior Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer
