Meridian Senior Living in California is hiring a Caregiver/Resident Assistant to support residents with daily activities and establish a safe, comfortable living environment. You will provide personal care, monitor changes, and document care provided, while upholding dignity and respect.

The role requires compassion, teamwork, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff; training is required by state regulations and you must be 21+.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must complete state-required training.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and incontinence care.
• Keep proper care records and report changes to supervisor.
• Interact with residents, families, staff and the general public.
