Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Coordinator – LPN in Orlando to oversee resident services, personal care coordination, and medication delivery under the Wellness Director. The role requires an active LPN license, strong organizational skills, and prior supervision experience in a senior care setting.

You will train staff, monitor health conditions, ensure compliance with state regulations, and maintain accurate documentation to support safe and effective resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be a LPN in good standing and meet all State health requirements.
• Experience: 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Nursing Home.
• Knowledge of state/local rules, regulations, and ordinances for licensed senior housing.

Manages the day to day clinical operations of the community under the supervision of the Wellness Director.Must be a LPN in good standing and meet all State health requirements.Experience 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Nursing Home.Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing.Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting.Must have exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks to accommodate fluctuating needs of the resident and community.Must have strong documentation skills.Must have experience in training and staff development.Must have the ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care.Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.Must have valid driver’s license.
