The Glenwood Of Effingham And Mahomet is seeking a Wellness Director – LPN or RN to lead the delivery of personal care services for residents and supervise care staff in a compliant, respectful environment.

The ideal candidate holds LPN or RN licensure in good standing, with 3+ years of assisted living/long-term care experience and a strong commitment to resident well-being and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Must be an LPN or RN in good standing and meet all State health requirements.
• Experience 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Long-term care.
• Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing.
• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community and State officials and general public, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of personal care services to residents daily.
• Coordinate, train, and supervise resident care staff.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and that quality care adapts to changing needs.
• Adhere to required regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

The Wellness Director – LPN or RN ensures that our residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents’ healthcare needs change.
