Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a Wellness Consultant to join the Wellness Team in Howard County, MD. You will generate sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and apply your wellness expertise to help clients choose services and products that best meet their needs.

Greet clients, schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and meet monthly sales goals while maintaining accurate records and a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the wellness space preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
