Massage Envy is looking for individuals who enjoy connecting with people and helping them feel exceptional and valued. This role focuses on customer service, scheduling, and driving wellness program memberships in a fast-paced clinic environment.

You will be supported by dedicated management who will train and coach you to be the best you can be, with insights into sales, attendance, and client care. This position offers an engaging team culture and growth opportunities.

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, clinic management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand why they came in today.
• Explain the benefits of the wellness program to encourage membership.
• Provide excellent service to clients.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, greet members.
• Maintain the front desk area.
• Perform administrative tasks including filing/data entry.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Clinic Management.
