Job summary

Massage Envy in Timonium, MD is seeking a Wellness Consultant / Front Desk Sales Associate to welcome clients, understand their wellness goals, and guide them toward memberships, massages, skincare, and other services.

You will build trust, handle bookings, and drive sales in a supportive team environment.

• Own your sales goals. Work toward individual and team targets, track your progress, and put coaching into practice.
• Keep the schedule moving. Book appointments, recommend return visits, answer calls, and reach out through outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Follow through. Maintain accurate client records and follow up to help clients stay connected to their wellness routine.
• Grow with your team. Participate in training, share ideas, and work together to create a great client experience.
